Got it loaded and registered, multiple times trying the Dr's registration number before it recognized it, it wanted it in a specific format. App is clunky to use, non-intuitive, with no clear over view to see if data was correctly entered. App needs a complete overhaul, keeping in mind most user will be technically challenged.

This app is 2 hard to use, ask for information not needed I.e. I'd number from my desk. Clinic. I need an app just to put in info to take with me when I see my 2 Drs. Hate Hate Hate having to add info unnecessary will never refer this app to anyone Stay away from this app
