Whenever I try to use an Intermountain service, my credentials are wrong without fail. Whether that be immediately after resetting the password or not. At first I thought it was me, but after copy/pasting the text dozens of times now and still running into this, it's not. I'm always forced to reach out to customer service for something as basic as logging in. I've brought this up dozens of times, but I'm hoping dropping their review score gets it fixed faster. As an app dev myself, this is sad.

Updated: App crashes every time I start writing & then scroll to the top of the screen. ___ ORIG: I've never had a problem with the app when I messaged my doctor before, but ever since the last update the app has crashed on me twice while composing the message requiring me to recompose it. I've yet to get to the point where I can send it, so we'll see how many more crashes I get before that happens.

I have been using the app as well as the website for many years. The app is slow, but recently it stopped working to view any lab results at all. When I contacted tech support, they made the assumption that I was waiting for covid results, and told me to check back in a couple days. I get labs done every week and can always view them the same day. I tried refreshing as suggested, and it still doesn't work, it hasn't worked in weeks. It also still doesn't work on the actual website as well.

I've really had it with this app. Constantly lagging. Sign in issues 9/10 times. Always an issue when trying to schedule an appt. Hid an entire payment due from my billing but they refuse to let me pay in person. Now I can't schedule an appointment with my primary care provider because it says she isn't accepting new patients, but I've been seeing her for a year. This is the most inconvenient and frustrating app but they make us do everything through it.

This app is very buggy. I can try to open it several dozen times and it will load maybe once. It consistently doesn't work. It is stressful because I can't message my provider when I need to because the app won't open and there isn't an alternative website to use. They need to fix the app or provide alternative ways to contact providers. I gave it two stars because when it works, it's great. But it's rare that it actually opens.

Was a great app, when I could use it, but now (possibly since my Pixel 2 updated to Android 11) won't launch. Have cleared cache, cleared data, and even uninstalled/reinstalled (including repeating all of those steps right now, on 10/25/2020 with the most recent version that was supposed to resolve the problem), but it gets stuck on the screen with a stethoscope and a spinning circle (the screen that appears after entering your log-in information, while log-in is happening), and will go no further.
