One thing that I have found that's very disturbing. DONT CHANGE DEVICES!! If you've made a purchase on one device and you have to switch to another for whatever reason, the pass you purchased will not transfer over. I brought two 1 month passes and I had to get a new phone. I installed the app and my passes were NOT there. That's 120 dollars GONE. You really need to find a solution for this ASAP!!!

Missing pass... So I purchased the 30 day pass (I have and can provide the receipt). The same day, my phone charger caught fire and burned my phone. It was an iPhone. I switched to an android and downloaded the app and logged in. It kept my credit card info, but not my pass (or my pass history, but at this point I don't care about the history). I need the pass I paid for or my money back. I only used it for a day so that's only $3.50 used.

It's convenient; however there are a lot of bugs. Lots of glitches when boarding a bus. The 7 day pass doesn't work all the time. It's very unfortunate when you scan and it reads expired or bad verify when you just paid for a pass. Be prepared to carry some cash.

Worked fine before despite some bugs, but since this latest update the fair boxes on the buses won't read the QR Code the app generates. The Pulse part works ok, but I preferred the old interface. And I preferred the app to actually work. Hopefully a bug fix comes soon.

This new update completely broke it. I bought a day pass, went to scan the pulse station code, crashes every single time and I don't even see a refund button. Absurd. Thanks for wasting my last few dollars on a useless pass.

Consumes 2GBytes per month. Pulse pass portion of the app requires multiple terminations to reset the app for a regular bus ride. This makes it inconvenient to move from a Pulse trip to a regular bus.
