New update broke the real time arrivals. They don't even open anymore. All you can do is choose a favorite stop, but you can't get any data about the stop.

After the new update the app isnt even useable anymore. Nothing loads or functions.

Unreliable schedule updates, no response from multiple attempts to contact IT about "invalid read" errors when attempting to use on the bus. Probably one of the poorest designed apps I've ever used? Probably? Definitely.

It makes bus travel so much easier. I get right on and don't have to look for change. I just scan my phone. As for the other features, I don't use them.

had issue with the card as well as the app. They need to update their system to allow you to transfer your funds fro. your card to your mobile device if your Navigator card or vice versa... has issues especially if it's an error on their behalf. It's an inconvenience when this is your only means to commute to and from work.

obviously this app is not done.... I feel like they just put it up to get some more money from a new feature.... I even read the reviews beforehand and all of them were negative.... But I had no choice but to purchase the mobile app version because the card and the app are not interchangeable.... I am completely disappointed at this point because now against my better judgement I am stuck with this app that doesnt even work.... Do not download this app!!!... The barcode doesn't even register
