This app is in desperate need of updating. The option to view lab results leads to a blank screen. I can't find the settings page (maybe there isn't one?). The app should take advantage of the finger reader on newer phones (or face reader) to log in. With more things being done online, it's time to get going on this app.

This is a bad user experience. Lab results, bill pay all go to a blank screen. This app needs to be updated. Very disappointing.

They need to improve navigation. If i made a mistake with entering my information for an appointment for imaging etc and press.the back.button it takes you to the beginning. And loses all the information... I wasted 10 minutes filling everything out because of one little mistake... And...why not take my information in the portal already and auto fill it. Name address insurance phone number etc etc... Its not.1990 any more

The app doesn't work for paying bills which is ostensibly the whole point of the app. When I called for help on this they confirmed that it didn't work and acted as if it was a nuisance call and I should have already known that information.
