This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Audio Digest on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. In addition to what others have said, this as it stands now will not respond to Bluetooth controls in my car or headsets, limiting it's use during commuting etc . AD is a great service and works really well on a PC browser.

As someone else said previously, when I go to my playlist, it shows duplicates of the same lectures and not all of the ones I added showed up on there. Also, often it will freeze during a lecture and I have to close the app and re-open it for it to work, which is not good because I am trying to listen to it why I drive.

I tried the brown on white download. It would not even start. The blue version did not recognize my password. (which was working on their website) I got an email from tech support which told me the newer blue app would work better with newer phones (I have an up to date Samsung). The only way I can listen on my phone is to download the audio files to my computer then copy them to my phone

OBVIOUSLY not paying attention to the app... Caution: big problems with their new app. I called to discuss concerns I have with their new app with customer service and I was treated like a moron. I really enjoy the service however the current offering on mobile, which is my method of listening, is very poor. The app forgets where you are, if you download an episode to be able to go on a run you cannot remove it... I like audio digest, I like the content... I want the app to work

It doesn't open the first time I tap it and sometimes just stops in the middle of a lecture and it is not possible to resume where you were or even find the same lecture on reloading.
