it doesnt work with my hp comp apple ipad mini or my samsung phone . and iam paying for some quality vertual sessions i exspect to get something but what ever u hav done that isnt sinking with any devies that i hav i really shouldnt hav to pay for this service . hay a phone call just isnt the same . i could just call a buddy and get the same result u hav to make the fix or u shouldnt get full price for the visit sorry thats just the way it is . reach out to me and maybe we can get this fixed . but if u do need a rating i cant put a minuss -- 4 but thats what i hav givin your service

This App is great for what it is. Not sure how anyone could rate below 5 stars. Has my Polio vacc listed from 1987!

I would give a much higher reading if i could print from the app, instead of having to instead log on through a browser, which half the time does not work, then find and print what i need. I know this is becoming a paperless world, but not all of us can navigate all the fast coming tech changes, no matter how simple the developers think it is. Then the fact that a LOT of us out here in the real world cannot afford to upgrade our equipment or OS to run the changing app. I could go on...
