Just became total garbage like the rest. No longer detects my tv or chromcast. My devices are working and are updated. As a stand alone video player, it's beyond garbage.

BEWARE. Before I can comment on how's the app and how's it is a VLC rip-off, can developer explain why does the video player needs microphone access and other such unimportant and highly suspicious permissions that neither VLC, Newpipe, YouTube vanced ever asked or consuswes for? For else can check in app permissions. UNINSTALLED. The app maker comes from Pakistan where privacy is a joke just in India where user data is collected and sold without consent.

With the evolution of technology, each day we see new innovations. But this one is ingenious and on a higher level... it's simple, practicality usable and comfortable to the eye. It eliminates most of the manual function and automatically takes you to where u wanna go.. I love it.

Best android video player. Any video that doesn't play in MX player is getting played really well in APlayer. I hope you introduce screen mirroring in the upcoming version. I was able to cast it on Android TV using chromecast though. So good job devs. Subtitles are available on video list screen please add inside the player as well.

I had difficulty with the app initially because of poor hearing and sight, but when I emailed to ask questions concerning how to do things within the app...slower audio remembered and playing from folders...the app did not have these things. But, within a very few days, I received an email telling me these changes I needed were added into the new update. They work perfectly! I am so happy to be able to easily enjoy this lovely app! These people were very kind and gracious in all emails.

This is like MX player on steroids, No external decoders required like other players. On top of that No Annoying Ads at all. I won’t mind Ads as long as it doen’t ruin user experience. The gesture player controls are working smoothly. Great subtitles downloading suuport. Playback speed controls are easier. One of the best media player in the market.
