Customer support was excellent! They answered my question is a very timely manner. I love the app and use it often. I am a real estate broker and the ownership feature is excellent. I highly recommend that all associates use it. I use it when mapping ranches, hunting, scouting, as well as just cruising the mountain backwoods by my cabin in SW New Mexico. I will never get lost.

First off. I have used the app for 3 or 4 years. It has been a good one for use for property lines and owner information. However, I have two complaints. First one is the satellite info is a few years behind. Every other app including tax maps, google maps, even bing maps are more up to date. Houses and other developments are missing that have been built for a few years. Other complaint. Need the option to change distance to feet from yards. I've reached out to support about this with no resp

I used to use the basic version of this app all the time, mainly to just track distance and set way points. Used it early fall, no issues, go to use it to measure distance recently, and seems like every feature is locked behind a pay wall now. I can't home in on my location anymore, nor can I create new points.

The basic version is very frustrating to use. Every time you do anything, you will get a pop-up. Once you click on a waypoint the map will continue to return to that waypoint. You can add waypoints/areas/etc and the map will default back to the first waypoint. Anytime you click back it will default back to the first waypoint you clicked when you opened the app. This creates a lot of extra scrolling and frustration. Add pop ups in-between and you want to pull some hair out.

Excellent for traveling. close enough for surveying to not get in trouble. most accurate application I've been able to find. only downside is image refreshment rate. I've done significant tree work on a property and trails and I'm not able to see that yet 3 years later. However I do not mind because I have the option to pay I believe $60 for a one-time 400 acre image. So you are not stuck without options there are solutions if you are unhappy with your situation.

Used to be really good a few years back now, the maps suck. Doesn't update imagery on standard one state option. Really sad about that. Tracker is unreliable and app is buggy. I've had a sub for about 4+ years. Might look into alternatives now it's just not worth it anymore. It's cheap for one state, but for what you get now, it just isn't cutting it.
