Fabulous app and great customer service! I honestly didn't know how to start meeting some of the requirements for my visa photo and this app took care of them all. I had my neighbor take the photo with my phone, I submitted it on the app, received the correct sized and centered photo right away and had absolutely no problems with my visa. I love to travel, so this app is a life saver!

Just as described. The photo was easy to take. During the processing time the background was replaced with a nice white background. I was happy with the entire process. BUT - Digital $16.95/Prints & Digital $19.95 - I was not informed in any way about this cost. There are several businesses near to me that will charge $12.00 or less. So, No, I did not purchase.

Great App! I got this app as I am renewing my passport and they asked for a new photo. After going thru my gallery of photos I found the perfect one till it didn't work. I was thankful however that it told me it wasn't in compliance and had to try another one! It took me about 10 tries to find the right one that was approved! It was a horrible pic but it worked! And no one was gonna see it anyway. When all was said and done, my pic was approved and shipped out! Recommend!.

This was way too easy! I still can't believe this app was as user-friendly and utterly dummy-proof as it was. I downloaded the app... and in literally less than 1 minute, my photo taken, edited automatically, approved by a human, paid for, and waiting to be shipped. Why can't everything be this straightforward when it comes to tech?! If you're still on the fence, just download the app (it's free to use until you're ready to pay for your final pic). I promise that you'll be glad you did!

Not 100% easy to use, but very good if you take your time looking for the correct options. They even provided a refund when I paid for the wrong type of photo. I just explained what it was about the options that were confusing. I'm not sure that they'll fix the areas of the app that are confusing, but the refund gave me hope that maybe they'll stick around long enough to do that.

**UPDATE** My photo was rejected by the State Dept. Don't waste your time!!! This would have been a really nice app if my photos had ever gotten to me. I ordered two photos, received one. I had to go back and forth with customer service and ended up using another service just so I would have the photos in time. *eta- customer service was willing to refund whatever it cost to have my photos printed elsewhere. So they try to make things right.
