Its time consuming first of all to search for products, the search function is weak and doesn't work well with partial or even full search. Once you're done reviewing your cart and checking out, it then tells you what item is not available, 1 item! Each time you need to go back, remove the 1 item from the cart, go and enter your delivery details again, only for the app to tell you again what the next item is that's not available and you have to go back and repeat the process. So frustrating!

Abuhalifa block1 branch cashier told me to come back again and took back my groceries when i try to pay through ONCOST gift card. I couldn't understand the reason, he also told me card is valid and he cannot accept...mgmt need to educate and train staff before issuing cards, otherwise what is the use of initiative.

This is the worst application for groceries ever !! I placed my order and supposed to receive it the next day, And I didnt get nothing next day !!! Didnt even get a message saying they are not delivering my order !! I did sent them a message on WhatsApp but no reply back and they were online !!! Then I found out on the application that they cancelled my order even without telling me !!! And I was waiting for them !!! They don't even deserve a half star !!

Choosing order from your site is easy.. But waiting for the order to be delivered takes too much time.. Its been more than 7hours of waiting still my order didn't come.. Not all items are available also.. If your looking for an app with online delivery then its not good too suggest this one.. Amazing long time delivery service.. Thumbs down.
