There seems to be a problem on Samsung phones (using a Galaxy S10). I can go into the app and search conditions, but as soon as I select a condition to see the guidelines, the app crashes. I have cleared the cache, as suggested, to no avail. Internet connection is stable and not the problem. It's unusable. I have to use EMGuidance now.

It keeps telling me to check my internet connection which is fine. Why is there such poor technical support here. It's a great app but such a pity that the users cannot be provided the tech support
