One day after the vaccination I was able to see my data, after that the application is indicating that I'm not registered. I have tried many times to refresh, also deleted and reinstalled the application, but now it is showing completely blank. I hope this issue to be rectified urgently, because many people are facing the same issue.

Unfortunately the vaccine not updated I tried to delete and re-install but my data does not appear, I have tried to used another phone number now my friend vacancies appear every time I log in even though I use my registr mobile. The app should work with ID number not mobile. 2 dose has been completed but I can't get my certificate almost 1 month am trying.

I had two of my test and I was able to access and see them before. However as for now those two test have varnished I am also unable to see my new result after arriving and did PCR test at the airport. When I select see my test result. The response come as "I am not authorized to open the site" Is there any kind of help on this? 🙄!!!!!!!

After installing and registering I was able to find my first vaccine dose certificate but the next time I couldn't find any details. Now it's showing "unregistered in the system, u are not authorized to view the data" like that. I have notice that many other people are facing the same issue. Please rectify this issue.

Hi. I installed this app and it showed my vaccination certificate of my first dose but when i opened this app second time, it is showing unregistered case. This issue need to be resolved as it is important to view vaccination certificate via this app for travel purposes. I hope this issue will be resolved soon as there are many other users who are facing same issue... Thank you

This could have been 5*, but the bug is severe so only 1* This app does not work now!!! It was working fine prior to the vaccination feature. Since the vaccination feature is added, it shows as "unregistered". Please fix this ASAP, as it the only way to get your innoculation certificate.
