This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ComfortCam on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. I am so over this app and company. They have great customer service and even sent me an updated camera, but THAT had just as many issues so we kept using the old camera that pairs with this app -- and I'm finally reviewing in frustration. It constantly signs you out, doesn't remember the password, etc. And good luck if you actually try to use this all night to monitor instead of just "check in."

The camera is awesome, but the app sucks...it times out all the time, audio just stops working. I have to hear my baby crying from across the house because app shuts itself off. It's sad because needed to use the app to use the camera effectively makes this baby monitor a HUGE wast of money!

Big fan of comfortcam. It's not the traditional monitor but I imagine they will all copy it soon. App works easily too

There is nothing like the peace of mind when leaving the kids at home for a night on the town. Easy to buy, easy to install, easy to use. Hands down.....our best purchase this year!!

This camera works perfect for my as new father, I am able to see my baby daily from office and actually speak to her and take snapshots when she smiles at me. Highly recommended
