Straight forward process in structure, however, the card scan feature does not work and it too quickly takes a photo without giving an option for the applicant to choose when it is taken. I entered my card details manually, and the transaction did not complete, the timer just kept swirling..No explanation notification or exit/cancel option. As we can't post a response to your reply, I'll edit and add here. Hello, It seems your reply was intended for another query as my review is not about multiple requests. The transaction does not complete, so I am not sure if I'll get to NZ using this app..

Very quick and easy to use. It wouldn't scan my credit card so had to enter details manually. I downloaded and completed form on iPad. I thought I would then be able to download the app with my NZeTA on my android phone as is possible with most other apps. Not possible with this app. Otherwise satisfied with ease and speed of application.

worked great on my phone, but as others found unable to enter my wife. Doesnt work on her phone as it is unable to access the camera. Please set up the app properly before issuing, a lot of visitors enter as a family. Very unlike NZ normal service! Part 2 Having completed my application, I then deleted al data and then completed my wife's application. It does work, just long winded. Not sure what would have happened if I had deleted all my data whilst my application was pending.

Taking photos of kids is hard at the best of times. The app only seems to allow photos to be taken w forward facing camera. It would be nice to be able to flip to the back camera which is easier for an adult to control. I'm also unable to add another passport to the app in a subsequent session. All I can see is the option to view the receipt for the one passport that I processed (successfully, thank you) earlier. Tried clearing cache to no avail. 3 stars otherwise, for mediocre functionality.

This app is probably one of the worst I've ever seen. It fails to scan your name correctly, and you only know AFTER you've paid. It automatically takes a photo of you when it thinks it's ok, and you won't see what it did. If it incorrectly scans your passport, your request will stay pending, and won't be accepted automatically. Don't use this app if you need it completed in time. As a matter of fact, don't use this app at all.
