How do you sign in when an account hasn't even been set up????? Cant use it even from the start. Useless app which is a pity cause the mims book is excellent

Installed the app, gets stuck on downloading database. Have e-mailed MIMS helpdesk but no reply . Useless app.

The app is asking for to sign in .. but there is no option to sign up
