This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ABODE on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. About this app

The Abode application was designed with two users in mind: The Landlord and the Tenant. First users will be greeted with the Abode logo, then onto the user login/sign up screen. When signed in as a tenant, the user can navigate through three different functionalities: Rent payment, maintenance requests and city resources. Tenants will be able to pay their rent on the app using pay pal or the on app service, take photos of any maintenance issues, write a full description of the request and submit to schedule a day to have it fixed When signed in as a landlord, the user will also be able to navigate three functionalities: Rent payment tracker, maintenance request scheduler and building resources. The Landlord will be able to schedule maintenance fixes and alert the tenant with a quick notification sent directly to the tenants phone. The payment tracker will update automatically as payments are being processed. The landlord will also have important documentation such as lease agreements loaded directly on the app.
