Overall good service and customer service. However, it is frustrating if you're phone has low connection you literally are stuck until you can connect. This led to several frustrating moments when unloading in an underground car park and the connection was low. Great that the app can be in English now...made a big difference !

Last year was good. Easy login, easy use. Now you need creditsafe extra step to use it. Creditsafe is close on weekends and afternoons, so last three times I was gonna use it (long periods in between and bad memory), I couldn't. Now I use other alternatives that don't require that annoying step.

Great experience and amazing service! I started using it thanks to their very generous one day trial they offered upon signup and now I'm hooked. The daily rates are comparable to other rentals, but the service is way over the top. Furthermore, if you refill more gas than you found, they refund you the difference! The cars work seamlessly and they are easy to find and return. You also do not have to wait in any line to pickup the key: you just walk up to the car, open with you phone and drive

No English! Very Limited km per day on car rental hire.

Can't use as expat during 1st year in Norway. The chain goes like this: Hyre asks Creditsafe to provide your credit score. Until you get your first tax declaration in Norway, Creditsafe does not provide a credit score for you. Hyre solves it, quote: "If they can't make a credit score it is unfortunately not possible to rent from us". So, no rent for you this year!

The service is good. But beware when you return the car, I found it difficult to understand how to end the trip within the app. I parked the car there in time and assumed the app would understand I was back. Hopefully I won't incur any late fees
