The stations are not visible on the website and neither in the app unless one has already made an account. App needs access the location and Bluetooth even before creating an account. I do not know really what I am signing up for, so uninstalled it.

Always shows fewer bikes at the station than there actually are, and of course the only bikes shown on the app are all out of battery almost all of the time. Pretty useless and horribly developed app. Had to pay 15 euro to find out 2 of the 4 bikes at my station are on the app, and they they're out of battery. What a rip-off

App crashen on register. After restarting a couple of times a phone number has to be entered. Though the number is never valid. Though it's just my phone number.

The company is able to withdraw money from my account but is not able to load all the available bikes in my area or connect to their bikes which I'm standing right in front of. (No this isn't an issue on my side since both my bluetooth and location function properly) So in the end I have an account with funds without the ability to spend these funds. Get your priorities straight you scammers.

Can't connect Bluetooth on Sony zx2 compact. Keeps asking for a password. Contacted urbee support 18/7/19. Known issue, still no fix. Since the new app it's impossible to hire a bike

This app is shameful. I put the number and it says number is wrong while it sms me the codes.
