Will not stay connected to the bike or my phone's (Android) bluetooth. I have to restart my phone and bike everytime. Vanmoof, you know about this problem. Why won't you fix it? When I email customer service their response is "please let us know of any suggestions you have on improving the app." I'm not an app developer nor will I work for free. Y'all should hire one.

Bicycle is dead and support is non-existent. Owned for 4 months, only worked for about 6 weeks of that. I don't blame the support people either - it appears to be management level. Calls aren't answered, emails ignored and the only customer service I've received so far is via Twitter!

The app fails to connect pretty much every day, so I have to manually unlock the bike anyhow. "restart Bluetooth" is the suggestion, which never works. Sometimes rebooting my phone will work, but that might be sheer chance. Poorly done.

I'm constantly forced to reboot my phone so the app will reconnect to my X3. It'll work for a while, then the app displays "Toggle Airplane Mode" which I've done, but then bluetooth won't turn back on. Only after a reboot will it reconnect. This happened on my Pixel 2 and now Pixel 5. The saved settings also CONSTANTLY change my horn is never what I set it to and it's really annoying!
