The app is mostly functional, but there are multiple instances where importing tickets from email doesn't work for example, or searching for tickets requires you to visit the website which makes for an overall unreliable experience. Further, I wish there was the option to export tickets to Google Wallet so they are more easily accessible and hassle free. That way the app can focus on the purchasing of tickets and displaying information such as ticket validity and other information.

I see a lot of negative reviews here but this app has never disappointed me (unlike other apps or indeed, people). Gets a solid five from me! Importing tickets from mail works well, as does the search (it had it's slow moments in the past but they seem to have fixed that) and easy, fast payments via ideal!

It does it's basic job, but the fact I have the NS and SNBC apps installed besides this one should tell you enough. Delays are frequent and not as up to date in this app as in the others, and if you miss a transfer because of one this app will not help you.

1st and last NSI use. International train was 'cancelled' - no explanation or alternate advice. App notified cancellation in ERROR. Informed that the app alert was false and train did run by counter staff. Also, WRONG INFO - DB and NSI unable to sync data. Stuck in Cologne in freezing conditions. NSI said direct train, DB said train ending 5 stops early. APP and NSI NOT RECCOMMENDED.

To begin with, these features should be included in the regular app. Besides that, having to insert so many details before being able to find a train (let alone purchase a ticket!) makes you think they want you to take a plane.

Works intermittently. Mid trip my tickets disappeared from the app, as well as the app of my partner. Error on importing so support's solution is to reinstall the app then re import the tickets. Still doesn't work, so app has zero functionality.
