Great helpful app! The developer responded to my earlier review regarding how to change the text to English! "Please go to 'Meer', select 'Instellingen and select 'Taal'. There you can change the language setting of the app from Dutch to English." I did this and it works! You just need to press one of the menu items at the bottom to refresh the screen. I had already found it very helpful. Now I would give it 6 *.

I am unable to log into the app, even though I can log in on the website. Also, the app lacks in-app registration, and registration through the website from mobile is a painful experience, and keeps switching back to Dutch. I was unable to accomplish my goal (registering a bike). It seems silly that you need to install a complicated phone app to take a bike on a train, and you can't simply add a bicycle tariff from a normal kiosk at the train station. Not tourist-friendly.

They just changed the app and now it takes me a really long time to find departures from a specific station. Before there was just a button on the main page underneath named "departures" to check and now I'm not even sure where that is. Why this change??? Literally the one thing I need to see on an app other than planning a trip. I cannot trust your travel advice and I need to see up-to-date real-time departure screen!!!

Seems unreliable. When my wife and I both use the app to get times from Weesp to Utrecht, for example, we get different lists of options. When I specify travel by train, I get options with bus connections as well. And when I search for options from Zevenaar (where I live) to Utrecht, I don't get all possibilities. If there is an international train (with supplement) that connects with the local Arriva train to Arnhem, that is shown, but not the normal intercity connection a few minutes later

Saving a journey fails more often than it succeeds since a recent update. Also if a journey is Jo longer possible it's an absolute nightmare to find an alternative journey. Have to enter everything again, remember the new arrival time. Go back. Enter again. Check again. Etc Common destinations are pushed to the bottom of the list. I.e. You can add 'work' but searching for that term won't put it on top. Also searching for a city would give the train/ov station as first option, not anymore.

In my opinion after years this is truly the best app you could use for travel in the Netherlands. Super intuitive. It is very rare I give something 5 stars, but I think it earned it.
