Neither the app nor site is in English. It can't be so complicate to translate it. At least some major functions.

Great and easy to use app. Gives proper insights. Only missing Nest intergration, app had this before but seems to be removed :( Another thing, since last update a popup shows every time when opening the app. Regarding solar panels, kinda annoying... Besides that, highly recommend this app! Great job there, compliments to the developer! [Edit] Solarpanel pop up perfectly solved now. Thanks for the support!! [/Edit]

App is not practical: as I am using solar panels the app is not showing the usage, the created solar energy and the total usage in an easy way. To get this view you need to go 3 different modes. Also get rid of the "realtime" bottom or give this feature for free instead asking for an additional subscription

Very poor. Does not refresh automatically. You must log out and log in again to refresh! Layout is poor and confusing. Other energy providers have much better apps, for example Greenchoice.

Doesn't always refresh since upgrade few weeks ago. Is Saturday and overview is stuck on last Wednesday. Had before and reported and was solved for a week then intermittent refreshes started again

The application breaks down every time I start a chat-conversation with client support. Absolutely bad. Hope they fix it soon!!!!!!!
