This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Mijn Sportpaspoort on PC Windows and Mac.

About this app

Mijn Sportpaspoort wil sporters, trainers en fysiotherapiepraktijken helpen met het verbeteren van sportmedische (preventie) zorg. De app heeft als doel om te groeien in functionaliteiten die wetenschappelijk onderbouwd zijn en in de praktijk toepasbaar zijn. De functionaliteiten zijn gebruiksvriendelijk en doelgericht.

Mijn sportpaspoort functionaliteiten:

▪ Bijhouden van ervaren mate van inspanning (EMI) van de sporters.
De EMI is een subjectieve maat die training intensiteit van sporters kan weergeven. De EMI zal 30 minuten na training of wedstrijd automatisch gevraagd worden middels een push bericht.

▪ Sporters waarschuwen als de kans is vergroot op overbelasting.
De app berekent de EMI van de acute week (1 week) met de chronische EMI (3 weken) en weet hierdoor of de kans op overbelasting toeneemt. Indien de kans op overbelasting toeneemt zal de sporters dit te zien krijgen middels een push bericht.

▪ Overzicht van EMI voor sporters en trainers.
De EMI scores worden overzichtelijk weergegeven in de app middels een staafdiagram. Hierdoor kan de trainer beoordelen of de EMI van de sporters gewenst of ongewenst is.

▪ Logboek voor sporters
Voor het bijhouden van pijntjes of ongemakkelijkheden is er een logboek functionaliteit.

▪ Blessureknop voor de sporters.
Sporters kunnen een blessure doorgeven aan de fysiotherapie praktijk waar de vereniging mee samenwerkt. Door het gebruiken van de blessure melden knop zal de fysiotherapiepraktijk via e-mail geïnformeerd worden.
