Hi Team, This new app is supposed to be great. Believe me when I say that I've been a longtime user and patron of your app. But you guys messed it up big time. 1. It's even more difficult to get a delivery done on this new app. 2. Phone number input shows errors everytime. 3. When selecting pickups and delivery, the map option no longer shows. 4. Overall, I spent almost an hour trying out a booking but alas, I still couldn't get it done. Please fix it!

Why not bring back your former app that worked well for a lot of us, and use a separate app for food delivery. The thought of coming to engage with this app every time I have to book a delivery is just daunting and off putting!😧 Name it, display, easy booking , waiting for riders who are available, saved addresses and other options are just not good. Honestly this is one of the worst apps I've encountered since GSM! Ask your Technical Support to to read these issues here. No more mails

This is the most annoying upgrade I've ever had to do! More annoying as its done in a very sly way and without giving your users a choice to downlaod later. How does "upgrade suddenly materialise into download a new app?! And it doesn't migrate your previous login information so its me starting all over again. Very very tacky. I had an emergency delivery i needed to run this morning and I've been on this irritating upgrade thing for almost an hr. Finally got the app and its much more complicated

This app justifies the saying don't fix it if it ain't broke. The other app was working quite fine but this new one, this "upgraded one" is useless as far as I know. You'd be lucky to get a pilot to accept your request 20mins after your request even when you can see "32 pilots located"! As for customer service, those ones are non-existent in this new version. Complete waste of app space.

Hi. This new app is a disaster. I can't put a location and it is quite slow. Why fix it if the previous app wasn't broken? Kindly sort out the issues with your app or you will be losing customers by the hour. I had to resort to another delivery company to make my delivery this afternoon because of this glitch.

Nothing works on the app, not the food ordering, not getting a rider. Absolutely nothing works. It is a horrible app ,the old one was a lot better and worked. The old one already had the gshop integrated which to my knowledge worked just fine. Is it too much money or the gokada team just didn't know what else to do with money that fix a working app?
