Fantastic service of bus picking you up close to your home. As it was the first time I had used this service I was exceptionally happy 'with the bus driver.. Very small cost compared to be the taxi I had previously been using. My only concern was as I booked it through the net I had no idea what to expect. Lucky I saw a bus circling the block outside of our house. Very unusual as not on a bus route I rang the depot to be told it was trying to find pick me up. The operator rang the driver and he doubled back loaded myself (in a wheelchair) and proceeded to my destination. I thought I would have received a confirmation of my booking which would make more sense. The value getting the bus was less than 10% of the taxi My new experience was not too bad but cost was it was fantastic. Only thing I find difficult is it doesn't run longer hours. New experience was a terrific one.

It asks for your credit card info but says it's free and you won't be charged. So I put my details in but I have no money on my card, cause I was gonna pay cash, and it says insufficient funds? What happened to being free? I'm guessing I would have been charged if I had money on my card when all I wanted to do was sign up. RIDICULOUS!!

Why one star because I spent ages waiting .was told pick was a few minutes away awsome love turning up on time can some please explain then if pick was a few minutes away then why am at home and not at my destination .
