UX Robot is a piece of software that turns consumer devices such as Smartphones, Tablets, and PCs into ROBOTs once installed in them. You can fully control the ROBOTs and make them go online live and “use” any online services via WEB browsers or Apps like humans do. Unlike humans, ARGOS UX ROBOTs collect service-performance related data every time they gain access. Later, businesses can use them to make some important decisions regarding the improvement of their services and customer satisfaction.
