Rubbish app. The payment system doesn't work. Service is bad. If you already have a Nextbike account the two systems will conflict with one another - the website says account confirmed but the app says it's unconfirmed. Try to add payment method (even after cancelling the Nextbike account) doesn't work on website or app. Just terrible. Not sure why they had to set up a completely different system and just use Nextbike as well in Nuremberg. Stupid. I contacted customer support to advise the payment system is not working and all they say is keep trying. Duh. I think five times is enough to realise they have a broken payment system.

App works good; only problem is when loading all needlepoints the first time each launch app can hang for 10-20 seconds which is mildly annoying.
