It's great when it works, and the bikes are really good quality.
Unfortunately, there has been quite a few times when my bike hasn't
returned properly and I end up with huge charges for bikes I'm not using.
In each case, I have messaged customer services and (I think) the charge
has been reversed, although it's hard to tell because they don't actually
reply. I will just have to check my credit card statement when I get home
and see what charges there are.

Terrible app, terrible system. Won't let me activate my account, even
though I've already provided my credit card number a million times.
Everything is in German, you cannot really tell what's going on. Support
guy was helpful, but cannot really expect me to tell my credit card
information over the phone to a complete stranger.

The bikes are really good quality. I wish they would have more gears. Locking the bike is a bit cumbersome, it takes like 4 minutes and you have to stand in front of the bike just to make sure that everything went OK.

I was charged because one of my bikes would not park because of a mistake with it. I even reported it right away. After that they even contacted me to tell them where the bike is, and I gave them the location to help them. After all my trouble I was charged for the period it was parked. Terrible respect for customers!

A group of 6 people we experimented 3 errors or problems the 4 times we used te service during one week un Berlin. I think i don't need to add anything else. 50% of failure ratio

Returning the bicycles sometimes doesn't work, you have to call the hotline to do so. The bicycles are great and there is a good network but I won't use the app anymore because of these issues.
