This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing IntoMed on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

IntoMed quiere ser una herramienta de apoyo para pacientes y familiares afectados por Intolerancia Hereditaria a la Fructosa (IHF), Malabsorción a la Fructosa, Intolerancia a la Lactosa, Diabetes, Celiaquía, Galactosemia y Fenilcetonuria, así como para personal sanitario, informando sobre la tolerancia de los medicamentos según sus excipientes.

Se han clasificado los excipientes del nomenclátor de prescripción de la Agencia Española de Medicamentos y Productos Sanitarios (AEMPS: https://cima.aemps.es/cima/publico/nomenclator.html), según 7 patologías (congénitas o adquiridas) y vía de administración, teniendo en cuenta la información de la CIRCULAR Nº 1/2018 (Actualización de la información sobre excipientes en la información de medicamentos, Agencia Española de Medicamentos y Productos Sanitarios) y fuentes bibliográficas de reconocido prestigio.

En las intolerancias gastrointestinales (intolerancia a la lactosa y malabsorción de fructosa) solo se han contraindicado/no recomendado excipientes por vía oral. En el caso de la fructosa y sorbitol por vía oral y parenteral (no vía intravenosa), según la legislación actual solo aparecerá alerta en ficha técnica para pacientes con IHF en el caso de superar los 5 mg/kg/día (CIRCULAR Nº 1/2018 AEMPS).

La metodología ha sido diseñada y revisada por farmacéuticos del Servicio de Farmacia del Hospital Universitario Infanta Leonor.
