I gave a low rating because I had so many issues just to cancel the subscription. The stories were great, the app was easy and great, I just didn't really use it anymore and was still getting charged every month even though I had been trying to cancel the subscription. I had reached out many times regarding this problem and no one got back to me. I did figure it out on my own thankfully, but this is an issue that should be considered.

I have no issues with using this app to read comics. It's simple and straightforward. The filter button to filter genres is at the upper right. There's no way to comment or rate comics besides thumbs up or thumbs down (and I'm fine with that). I am subscribed to the Manta Unlimited and I really enjoy having access to everything without having to think about it. If you contact them about the occasional typos, they do fix them quickly! But errors besides that...

I need a filter option when searching for a new series. Simply picking a single genre isn't super helpful (which is what is available). I also HATE that the app requires a wifi connection and doesn't work via a smartphone data connection. It simply doesn't load the app when in my phone is using data. It says "there is something wrong on Manta's end" and has a place interface. When I connect to wifi, boom the comics load right up. Overall its a great app but these two things are booooo.

The app is usually pretty good, but to download chapters to read offline, you have to sit on the download screen with the screen on. If my screen turned off, the app stopped downloading. It's ridiculous if you want to download a number of chapters for a trip. Also, there's BL tagged series in the app, but searching GL will give 0 results. Just seems odd to me, wanted to point it out.

So, The app is great itself. and I love it! There's no interrupting ads while your reading the stories, And The stories are actually very interesting. But, There is one problem for me. It keeps glitching the screen for me. For example. I was reading a story and then I didn't have connection. But my internet is perfectly fine. Please consider fixing this!

I think it's a great app, but it won't let me cancel my subscription, which I think must be a glitch.. but It also feels sketchy a bit. But no ads pop up when I'm reading, which is awesome. I just really don't feel comfortable with the fact that I can't cancel, and they keep taking my money even though I've tried canceling 6 times..
