This app appears to have been barely tested. Constant problems with usage and availability. If you try to go to the website to do even simple things like password resets, you'll be greeted with the same usability issues as inside the app.

Error message. I keep getting error messages loging in.. Because I can't log in I can't flip over to not paying a toll when I have extra people in the car. It's costing me tolls when I could be using the lane as HOV.

Every time i try to use this app it never opens always says something went wrong. Super frustrating. Also i have to keep adding the same payment info it will take the payment once then won't work the next time. So i have to go in delete it and add it again.

I find it easy to use and not troubled in the way others are. Wish the posting of tolls was faster, and that it gave the location of said toll, but otherwise great!

APP is Garbage!! It worked initially when I started it about 5 weeks ago, but it has never worked again! Constantly saying something went wrong try again later..even after I've done the updates. So annoyed!
