Disaster experience They charged me more than $11.49 for delivery so I ordered about $90 to make it feel reasonable. Then on the day of delivery, they cancelled most of the high value items and don't let you cancel your order. So I paid the same delivery fee to get just few grocery items. It happened 3 times already. It's totally a scam. The customer representative doesn't want to adjust it at all but provide a $5 coupon for next time usage. I will make sure anyone I know won't use it!!

On the day of delivery, they notified me that part of my orders will not be fulfilled because out of stock. I reached out to their customer service to explain that the only reason I placed my order was because some of the missing items and asked if they could replace it with something similar. Their customer service refused to do anything including replacing with a similar item or cancel the order all together. A Chinese grocery store attitude doing online business. Good luck!

I have been using Freshgogo service in the past 8 months, and usually order $100-200 every two weeks. In general, the food is fresh and good. The unpleasant thing is, they have a list of special sales for limited quantities every day. But it's too often to get notice saying that the product is unavailable due to shortage. Since the quantity for each product is limited and they certainly know the availability, I am wondering whether this a trick for baiting people to place orders.

FreshGoGo is a fantastic app esp for a working mom. I can buy my favorite food & dishes without visiting to Flushing. During Covid, this amazing app not only reduced my time & effort on grocery shopping, but also eliminated unnecessary contacts to strangers. My children love the snacks selection & their varieties are incredible! I love the deals of the day, unbeatable price! Love it!💞

--8/19/21 Since when it starts charging oversized/overweight fee? ??? I ordered more before with no extra charges!!! Another way of charging delivery??? Very unhappy my order got cancelled!! It was the discount item. If I got it before the discount time was over then I should get it. Not telling me afterwards that it is sold out! And then I can see it's available to purchase at "regular" price!!

Good deliver experience. Products well packed. But be careful sometimes the goods are not fresh and can go bad completely. Veggies and fruits are easy to spot but no way to verify meat quality until cooked. They also have policies rejecting refunds if you don't report within a day. Recommend the service only if you do not want to venture out shopping.
