This application needs a lot of work. But the main, and most serious issue is that when you purchase a ticket it says expired on it, yet it clearly does not move to the activated tickets tab or the expired tickets tab. The driver was clearly annoyed as well. Also, you cannot cancel a ticket before activating. I purchased a ticket for the wrong bus line but cannot cancel it. So not only did this app cost me uneccesarily money, it also makes me look suspicious to the driver. Will try customer service, but my instinct tells me I will not get much help.

Live departure times are made up or taken straight from the timetables. No alerts if a bus is cancrlled. You can't transfer tickets from one phone to another so I'm having to carry my old phone with me when ever I travel until my tickets are used up. I will then go back to the Oxford Tube.

I nearly didn't download this app {Samsung S7] because of bad reviews. So glad that I took the chance as didn't have any problems at all and was very simple to use..One of the simpler accounts to set up online, perhaps OB have worked hard with the app to smooth out the problems. To enter your DOB click on the default year in the app and you will get the usual scroll up/down option. I kept the app open when leaving home and just needed to use the recently used apps for it to pop up and activate. Very easy on entering the X90 at both ends with friendly drivers. Only reason I haven't given it a 5* is because I've not used it long enough yet to know how stable it is at all times.

This gets 2 stars because when it works, it's pretty handy. Unfortunately it's pretty unreliable. It often crashes on startup (requiring a forced stop of the app or phone reboot to fix), and occasionally loses all my tickets (needing the app's data to be cleared, and a new log in). Sometimes it shows me using 2 tickets at once. All this can be worked around, but it's not what you need when you're queuing for the bus... Downgraded to 1 star after it refused to start for me at all.

Would be more useful if you had the ability to purchase tickets other than cityzone and week long ones. Like, the Go Anywhere ticket... Not an option. Or even a bloody single/return from Abingdon to Oxford -_-

When purchasing mobile tickets you are deceptively not told at the point of sale that these tickets are only valid for six months. This has essentially meant that this company has earned money without having provided a service. The app also tries to encourage you to remove automatically expired tickets, in other words free money they've gained for no service, on false pretenses of saving space. Will try and get a refund or new tickets on mine and will update this post if this was resolved.
