Please, tell your driver's this app exists. It's all well and good having the convenience of an electronic ticket, but I'm fed up of needing to explain what it is and how it works every time I meet a different driver. Yes, I know the ticket console sends a message to the drivers everyday with the new key word. A driver showed me once, however, most drivers don't know it exists, or where to find it.

It's an average app, if you leave it 'on' and don't close the app sometimes when you pull it up the ticket icon disappears and you have to restart the app to get it back which doesn't help. Also as I found out when I changed phones, you need to contact them or else your tickets won't load up on the new phone, they have to swap it onto your new phone.

Keeps my ticket safe although does require internet data all day. I usually turn mine off to save battery.

Card expiry date "too far in the future" meaning I can't buy a ticket yet works fine on the bus... Would you rather it expired yesterday?!

I bought a month pass on my iPhone and logged in my account on my HTC and there is no record of my ticket ever being bought which has now messed my way to get to work everyday till the end of the month. I advise no one to use this app as I don't think they have fully testsed and made sure it works 100% do not risk it and end up in the **** like me !!!
