Love using this app. Makes life easier to buy tickets to get to work. Still love using this app.

When u click share to check where can it share and then not sharing it, it still tells u, that u have shared the tickets and it takes them away. Unfortunately for me I had 6 tickets chosen and I lost all 6 tickets like this. I wrote them like 3 emails and no response. They are terrible and I certainly do not recommend the app. I waited long enough for them to responde.

Doesn't work. Log in failure over and over without any explanation

Crashes all the time, very slow, why oh why won't they fix this?? We're the capital of Scotland for heaven's sake. What use is a ticket app that crashes every time you open it, and takes aaaages to open? It leaves you standing at the front of the bus, restarting your app, delaying everyone. Its also so big and slow that it's impossible to use on older phones. Not everyone in Edinburgh has a smart new phone, this discriminates. This app has been terrible for years. Please sort it out.

App doesn't warn that tickets become invalid after 6 months - which in itself is quite shameless. If the reason is that fares could increase after the tickets were bought, the app should offer the option to pay the difference. Instead, the tickets just become invalid, even expensive tickets like airlink returns. I lost quite a bit of money because of that and won't use the app anymore. Wouldn't recommended to anyone who is not planning to use it frequently

When it works, it's good but as many others before have stated, it's a frustrating experience. Minimum buy is just a way to rip you off for extra cash because tickets expire if not used. Maybe as a frequent bus user, that's fine, but if you use infrequently, you previously had to load 10 quid for a single journey. That's now down to 4 I see but in this day and age, we should be able to tap pay as and when we like.
