This app is terrible on android. Usually gets stuck and wont load the ticket. Works perfectly on my iphone. I wish app developers spent more time creating apps for android like they do for ios rather than releasing buggy rubbish that barely works

Downloaded this despite the poor reviews. Added my account and card details and just can't purchase tickets. If I try to add a ticket to my basket it won't update - it's like the app just freezes. Anyone else had this issue/know a fix?

It's a scam. It won't open and you then can't access the tickets you've legitimately bought. You stand there like a lemon trying to activate a ticket or just open the appwhile stony faced utterly unhelpful bus drivers sit and deny all knowledge of it. Then you end up paying 2 quid because you don't have change and cardiff buses don't give change and you didn't bring the right change because you have paid for tickets on the useless thieving app. Avoid at all costs. And cardiff bus -train your drivers. It's pathetic that they refuse to admit they know anything about an accepted method of payment, and have no consistent response or course of action to follow when the app doesn't work. It's so poor. Stop treating your passengers with such contempt.

Just not reliable at all! When trying to purchase a ticket you constantly get a connection error message. My connection is fine. I even uninstalled the app to reinstall it and even that didnt fix it. It took me half an hour to purchase a ticket. This really can't be used as an alternative to paying by cash because when the app doesnt work - you're stuck. Always carry change!

Refuses to stay in memory for a long time and refreshes when back in the foreground. Poorly designed with complete disregard for Material Design. Often fails to process payments. No Android Pay support. A very poorly implemented (practically a walking security risk) user login system. I hope Cardiff Bus didn't pay a lot of money for what clearly is an incredibly cheaply-made Hybrid Web App.

This app is very slow and buggy for android. But somehow works. It's like a ancient boat, water flows in sometimes it drowns. But with enough patience it manages to work.
