A few surveys have worked which was great and some decline very early but that's normal for survey apps. I've done some surveys though that I completely finished and said it will redirect automatically and if it doesn't I can tap to redirect manually. The problem is that it didn't automatically redirect me, tapping where it said didn't redirect me, and I had to close the app for it to even let me do anything. I didn't get the money for completely finishing the survey nor the 1c compensation.

So I go to type in in boxes and the keyboard never comes up. I press in the box again to try and type and every single time the app crashes and closes down. I go back in and the survey is gone. It happens most times now. There is no where to complain or get help on the app??? Please help.

Annoying to use, qualification survey said it only took a minute, but it lasted like 10 minutes, and then it'd close out, me thinking I finished it, but when I opened it, I was greeted with more irrelevant questions that don't apply to me. Any survey I tried would drop me out and give me a sad, shameful 1 cent. I do not recommend this app at all.

It literally wouldn't let me take any surveys cuz I'm "not qualified" and the ones I do get to take, I never get any money from because the screen just freezes so I have to get out of the app, when I get back in, I get nothing. And they give you 1 cents as if that's supposed to help with anything, definitely one of the worst apps I've ever tried. Really wouldn't recommend

UPDATE: I decided to give it another shot and all in all its pretty decent ive gotten as much as 3.50 for a survey which is great. Payout minimum is currently steep at $25 with 10 days of activity to cashout making it hard to stay motivated to reach that $25 hopefully theyll go back to the $5 cashout minimum like most survey apps have then itll be totally a 5 star app.

First survey I did since I signed up and had my account blocked for 24 hours. Now every time I click a survey pollpay blocks me for another 24 hours. My experience with survey panels is that pollpay ignored my profile and demographics and are sending me surveys not relevant to me and are now insinuating that I'm on a public network or using a VPN. This is pathetic😤 for a real survey app pollpay this is very immature and non professional way to treat a new member in your panel.
