Worst experience ever ( They scheduled my shipment to be delivered on 3rd of July but amazon shows on 8th of July .I was expecting same day but Nothing . Today is 12 July and nothing changed. It mentioned send email to contact center so I did several times same there no answer. I tried to reach on the phone its not possible to be connected only automatic computer answers. Only one option -just give up on your order (

There are lot of things to fix in the app. The otp number delays all the time and after few logins the app is showing error of max login attempts. The pickup dates are showing only after many attempts. No option to extend the pickup date/time. The pickup did not happen on pre selected time and date, later AWB showed cancelled. I had to raise it again but all the foresaid issues in app is bugging me.

I tried to sign into this app to track some orders I received tracking IDs for. The app's first step is to send some kind of sms verification code, but once I complete the Capchas, I get an error message stating "error: Country is not serviceable". So I can choose my country code (Hungary) to provide a phone number, but once I complete the capchas, it's meaningless. Great. Not a very good first impression. Not sure what additional details you want me to send via email, please be specific

Apart from Aramex being thr worst EVER in customer service The App is completely useless It allows you to chose the means of delivery and the time but the company never complies Also it doesn't show you the amount you need to pay, and of course their drivers never carry a POS machine so you need to guess the amount and keep it ready in 2021 !

The delivery time is over the time that the app shows (the time that I selected to be delivered to me), and the delivery guy's voice was distorted on the phone call, I had to ask him 2 times "What did you say?", And I didn't understand the most of what he said. Untrusty company. Bad service. Bad phone call.

You can only schedule shipment but it didn't really follow by aramex personnel. My friend scheduled shipment on July 01 it supposed to be pickup on July 3 but until now it hasn't pickup yet. And later on my friend told me that it was cancelled for no reason. Worst customer service ever!
