This insurance is a scam. I have submitted the same reimbursement claims multiple times only for each one to be denied, requesting more and more documents every time, each more difficult to obtain than the last and now just darn right unrealistic. It's been four months for one claim. One would think they're priority is to find every and any excuse not to pay. 🤔

Unable to open app. It is crashing and please rectify this issue immediately. Fromearlier reviewer, I shall notice several members having same issue and until now it is not solved.

Worst app. Opening error ! Installed so many times but unable to open the app itself. What kind of developer builts this app, may be the cheap one. I mean what's the point of developing an app when your customers can't use it. It's 2023 and you know the vital role of an app in customer services. You seriously need to look into this. Your brand name has a goodwill and if you don't work on your app, very soon it will be gone. So please do something with this application.
