Tried to edit my profile again..only my name can be changed (who in the world changes their name?!). Still cannot edit phone number. What to do if my SIM stopped working? Also, texts and pages cannot be enlarged. Not all can read small texts! Hope the app improves!

The login page alone lacks the most basic of ui/ux functions. Login = forget password A means to contact - this especially if the app malfunctions from time to time

Bookwd it a night earlier with conplete instructions and yet the next day for delivery, it was not followed. The delivery was delayed. However the customer care service was able to replace the driver and the driver delivered the cake properly and carefully. Despite the driver tracker not being aeen.the driver was kind enough to call for updates. But today i tried reinstalling the app but it sadly does not work, it says proceed with the email for customer service.

First time to use a delivery service app. And so far I have a good experience with them. It's just that I hope they have real time tracking of the location of their riders so that we can know where the item that they are delivering is currently at. Also please have a real time notification on the arrival of the package to the receiver.

The drivers are kind and the app is really reliable. Im really impressed how I can book "pabili" service from Antipolo and the driver is from Marikina. Wow.. also, the delivery fee is much more affordable than Grab pabili by the way. 😊 I thought you cant view the real time location of the driver but I guess they already updated the app because I can see it just like in Grab and Food Panda.
