very pleasant experience, I don't need to care about having coins or credit card, nor touching the public screen of ticket machines. Well done in covid time!

It's really easy to use, just annoying how sometimes my GPS isn't working, then i can't use the app

It's soon to be 2021 and this app has no way of switching the language to English. Total garbage if you're a foreigner and new in Switzerland.

Superbly simple app. My only request would be that it would list common tickets I buy. Example being zone 1 to airport. I ride this route often but always have to click through a lot of steps to get there...

Before: 5 stars, now 3. The last update turned out to be bad for me as an everyday user. Before the interface has shown both your active tickets and gave you the possibility to buy new tickets. Now you have a kind of home, on which you have a "Store" and "Tickets". I always chose the wrong thing. I mostly buy Kurzstrecke-Tickets, as for my case they're the cheapest option. At the end of the day I always open the app to a screen that says "You have no tickets!". Well, I know! That's why I'm opening the app! Then I must close this screen, open the "Shop" (although I always click "Tickets" first, and must go back), then buy the ticket. Compare that with "Open the app" -> "Buy Ticket" workflow that I had before, and that's a clear step in the wrong direction. I wish the developer would give more weight to UX, as these last changes seem to be driven by business requirements and not by the user.

I would have given it five stars, but it has one annoying feature. Many times when I want to validate a multi ticket before getting on public transportation, it displays a message "Please wait, we are updating the schedule and stops." Why can this not be a background process? Not sure why this has to be up to date before I can validate a multiple trip ticket. I find this is not correct, as my ticket must be validated before I enter public transport, but I have to wait for an update to finish!

About this app
