Does the basic stuff, controls the unit and shows its status. But the app has stupid usability issues. It's clearly designed for handling a large fleet of devices, forgetting a user with a single device. The reporting is a joke. Looks nice but turns out to be a big mess when you verify the reported data. Incorrect figures in all reports, apparently zero quality engineering before release.

Not sure why all the negative comments. I paid for the extra WiFi modules which were installed during the service, they are neatly tucked away in the unit. I can control everything I want from it, you can see all the history data and once set up in the app was easy to add units to Alexa, it's great being able to ask the temp in the rooms. Drop a star as can be annoying it takes a minute to obey commands on the device and entering all the location stuff should be optional, I know where I live!

It's fine. Seems more geared towards people who have to manage several devices or sites using MELcloud hardware vs joe regular with his single split system. Some features of the diamond units like ir sensor settings &c are only on the remote and not on the app; which is a bit of an oversight imho. The technician helped me with installation so no complaints there.

It's a simple web app and does it's job well. Only issue is that it's missing all the features of ME LN35's remote, but hopefully one day they'll be added. There is a command delay (30-60 seconds) in app to AC, but that's not really bothering me.

Finally Google Home, hallelujah! The app is still clunky, old and complicated but luckily I won't need to use it anymore now having Google Home. The reaction time between command and operation is very slow though.

Functional, but not totally intuitive and could do with a UI update. It wasn't obvious to me where to set the tank temperature (it's under unit settings?) The graphs are useful.
