Thought I can renew my license online but only show "Photo record not found. Please refer to the nearest JPJ counter." In the end still have to go to JPJ. So many people not wearing mask correctly and some even cough. Then today I want to log in but I forgot my ID, wanna check back but the system just bring me back to the homepage. Luckily I got screenshot my username and password BUT tak boleh log in pulak "Server could not be reached." What is the purpose of this app ya? Load time also long.

Few services unavailable, hopefully fix in future: a) payment service unavailable b) unable to check other owners summons; example, help parents to check but cannot. Only way switch the account or IC's inform c) after set the switch IC, cannot change back. Send mail request change IC, but Admin request create new Account!!!

Lousy service. Road tax renewed 11/3/21 , till today 13/4/21 still have not receive it, your app shows "Pending Delivery". I called your CS number 03-78018888 FIVE TIMES since March, each time I had to on hold for 20-25 minutes n then told a different story. Feedback received on 13/4/21 is that d road tax has already been passed to d runner on 6/4/21, SO WHY IS HE NOT DELIVERING IT ?? 14/4/21 FINALLY received road tax BUT runner DID NOT CALL first as per your SOP before he turned up.

I renewed and paid my road tax on 14/4/21.My expiry on 19/04/21 and up to date still not received my road tax. Last year renewal delivery process quite fast, that why I use this for this year renewal. Calling CS numerous times still not able to speak with your team and need wait longer on the line for more than 20 minutes. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE AND I WON'T RENEW WITH MYEG IN FUTURE. VERY POOR SERVICES.

Please dont ever trust this app! Just go to pkst office... waited for 2 months no update on my road tax... and Never pick up any calls! Was very dissapointed!
