The app does not work i did everything it says to do and everything is put my body in it says incorrect password. So how am I suppose to get the temporary password if I can't get the app to open

Not good. The lady waited on me this morning was rude and impatient. If you work with the public, you need to have people skills. She treated me like homeless person needing help. To rude to work with the public. Although, the young man was helpful and pleasant unlike his counterpart co-worker.
