It seems good, but I tested the SOS feature (one of the coolest features) with my friend who was a foot away from me and it did not work. One idea that came to my mind that would add to this feature is this: if a person is detected going more than 15 mph or so and this person came to a quick stop (indicating a crash) and stayed there for five minutes or more (indicating a major injury) the application could automatically send out an SOS or more (911 maybe) without the person doing it.

Every time I opened the map it crashed. Pretty annoying, so I uninstalled it.

Agree with the comment below, you should try and include the pitch of the slope in degrees ie. It's steepness. Would be a useful figure to know.

The one suggestion that I have is to add a vertical height counter. Sometimes it can be useful and interesting to know howmuch height you've gained/lost during your skiing
