Can't cancel booking if made a mistake. Can't call the driver as call button doesnt work. Didn't know my booking was accepted and double booked and no option to cancel search. Frustrating and with cancellation fee. Poor app.

Kept inputting incorrect time and no way to correct. When I tried to get
out of app it booked for wrong tine with no way to correct. No way to
contact to correct information. Only allows information for 1 pet. Useless.

The app does not allow me to contact the driver. The "call" button does not and now I am unable to contact the driver in case I need to. It is also not user-friendly and is unable to search for locations properly.
