The latest update is very bad, it became really difficult to point a location on the map, and the prices keep fluctuating, making at the most expensive app in Jordan at these moments, so you have to wait a lot and keep monitoring the app, or take the easy way and use one of the other cheaper apps, and it doesn't always show the fares are higher than normal message , and there is no number to contact them, you have to send an email which sometimes they do not respond to or respond very late.

Customer service during a ride is the worst thing. Drivers keep wondering around you to show that they arrived but never show up and wait for you to cancel the ride. And after this happens the app deducts a cancellation fee and you have to report a problem. I've searched through Google for your call center phone number and couldn't find it. First thing to do is to provide direct support during the booking or call the customer when he or she reports a problem because the customer has to be heard

Booked a ride got deducted an amount, the ridet didn't show up, booked a new one with the original deduction, but didn't get refunded nor it was relayed to my wallet in Jeeny App. Hope for a response! Edit: I already tried your help and support through the app, it was a blank page allover. Based on Jeeny advice, I tried reaching out by mail, unfortunately, the mail address stated below is wrong and rendered a message failed delivery. My issue remains unsolved.

Do not even worth one star, Not worth to use at all. NEW UPDATE, It was not driver issues, they were excellent, problem is with application itself, based on my experience, it needs more development, one of the issues is location, it showed my location 15 Km a way from my current one. It was my 1st te to use the app, not going to use it again, due to driver request, for the reason above my wallet was debited with 1 JD, this is not fare.

Apps error today 03.12.2023 then i was charged for cancelation but i didnt see the driver who accept the ride because the apps was crashing. Also i log out and i cant sign in anymore. Sign in error buf the data is correct. Please fixed this issues. Some driver accept the ride and after they will call and asking for cancelation which you cant do that because you will be charged also.
