Worked fine just a few days ago, now since the newest update the app asks to do a further payment confirmation when you are paying for the ticket which makes it impossible to purchase tickets because of how badly made the app is.

Worked fine for a long while, then suddenly decided I can't confirm purchese. Whenever I press pay, it doesn't do anything. And when suddenly it does, I can't download that damned ticket due to download error mysteriously. Yet accessing files is allowed in settings. Also, when I press delete on my old card, it deletes it for that purchase time, whenever is next time I want to buy a ticket, my old card is still there. It's so damn annoying.

Download option of tickets doesn't work, use has to download ticket from email. Actual delay of trains not shown. Also connections of short and long distance trains can not be found

It does what it should do but that's it. No notifications about upcoming seasonal/emergency train schedule changes, just one day you arrive to the station, load up the app and find out it's all different now. Emergency info is somewhat vague too. Everytime I buy a ticket this asks if I want to save my email. It never does, so I get to type it each time. Sometimes card linked to email somehow dissapears. Besides that everything is cool, I use it every day.

If you need to really buy a ticket, for now, is better to use different app. I has trying to buy a ticket several times. The app on payment moment is kicking me back to beginning with no explanation on what is happening. I have contacted support and they told me "It works on my machine" go and talk to your bank. In other words, it is my problem now.

You should do some improvements for usability. Reduce number of clicks to get things done. Confirmation checkbox makes no sense - if you are in app, you have agreed once. E-mail shall be remembered. There's no (or I can't find it) screen for settings. Useful app, anyway ;-)
