Used the app 4 times. No major issues. The cars are not that well maintained and one was disgustingly dirty but it offered me a good alternative to Uber

While I have had major issues before the service has improved considerably in the past year or two. On the plus side none of the cars I have driven recently have had what I consider safety issues so servicing is better though the cars are still dinged up. The app has been stable on my latest phone though I often had problems with the previous one. Coverage has been improving but is still lacking in some major neighborhoods like Druzhba.

The points for improvement to make the app more user-friendly and giving the proper info: 1. After filtering cars on the map and pressing the Back button on Android phone, the app closes. Instead it should just reset the filter, else the car might be taken by someone else meanwhile. 2. eGo points are not visible per ride neither within the history nor within the invoices. Even the calculation is wrong. I'm paying with VISA, but no points for this. 3. The ride map history is completely wrong.

If you rented a car, you get: No charging information, no current battery capacity, no distance traveled information, no past trips information. No ability to see other cars available. You see only the time used and the car number.

gives 15 minutes to get to the car, or 30/60 if paying extra. there's no option to start the day rental period without unlocking the vehicle first. I often need a bus trip to get to the vehicle. No way of seeing what cars are available while renting one.

Pretty decent service.4 months in use.Only issue could be if there is no charged car somewhere within 500m.Congrats on your new subscription policy and your march to Plovdiv!And another step in the rightdirection with plan Recharged.But it's a pity that in 9 lv per month you can't afford to include full car insurance in case of an accident.Still - Good luck!
